Welcome to Jayas International. By accessing our website or booking a vehicle with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our car rental services in Dubai.
Eligibility to Rent
The renter must possess a valid driving license accepted in the UAE, along with valid identification documents. The minimum age requirement may vary depending on the vehicle category.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Jayas International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
Vehicle Usage
The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Subleasing, racing, off-road driving, or usage by unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited.
Rental Duration & Extensions
Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return time. Any extension of the rental period must be approved in advance by Jayas International. Late returns may attract additional charges.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are generally provided with a specified fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Traffic Fines & Salik
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, Salik (toll charges), parking violations, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
Damage & Liability
The renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of the rental agreement and insurance coverage.
Insurance
Basic insurance is included as per UAE regulations. Additional insurance coverage may be available upon request at an extra cost.
Cancellation & Refunds

Termination of Agreement
Jayas International reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the renter violates any of these Terms & Conditions.
Policy Updates
Jayas International may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
